Floating Strips technique

 Hello stampers.

Last night I was unable to have my weekly Facebook Live as I was having Internet issues, so Today I recorded a video instead. I used the floating strips technique for this card.

Measurements etc

• Card base is Basic White 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" scored @4 1/4"                       Polished Pink layer  5 1/4" x 4" 
• Use the  stitched greenery die to make a fun background on it.(retiring)
• Basic White die cut using the 2nd Largest Contour die.
• Window sheet approx 4 1/4" x 3 1/2" trim to fit after adding strips.
• Expressions in Ink Designer Series Paper strips 1/2" x 4"(retiring)
• Glue strips to the window sheets leaving a small space between strips
• Trim as needed
• Add dimensionals to the back of the strips, then adhere to contour die.
• stamp sentiment using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink, layer it on Polished pink stitched rectangle.
• Embellish with Expressions Ephemera and Genial Gems

Here is another card that I used the same technique using the Handsomely Suited dies instead of the strips.
