Hello my Crafty Friends,
Today I am sharing a card that we wish we didn't need, Sympathy Cards. But sad to say we do need these types of cards and it's always good to have a stash on hand.
I love all the texture on this card.
Card Details
- I started with a Soft Succulent card base 8 ½” x 5 ½” and scored and folded at 4 ¼”.
- I then added a Soft Suede layer 5 ¼” x 4” and adhered it to the card base.
- The Crumb Cake layer is 3 ¾” x 3 7/8” and embossed with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder. Adhere to the Soft Suede layer.
- Using the Stylish Shape Dies, Die cut the largest square using Evening evergreen Cardstock.
- With your paper trimmer cut out a 2 ½” square of the Fancy Flora Designer Series Paper and adhere to the Evening Evergreen layer the adhere to the card front using Dimensionals.
- Stamp the sentiment from the Something Fancy Stamp set in Evening Evergreen Ink on a scrap of Basic White card stock.
- Die cut the sentiment with the Something Fancy Dies.
- Die cut a scrap of Evening Evergreen using the same die.
- Trim down the sentiment die cut , to layer on the Evening Evergreen die cut. Then adhere to the card front.
- Embellish with the Solid Faceted Gems.
