Circle Sayings -New Technique

Hello Stampers.

Today's Live video didn't go so well, there was audio issues with it so I ended up deleting the video and recording another one instead...... This has not been a good week for Live Streaming!

This is the card I shared today, it is featuring a technique that is new to me. I am not sure what this technique is called, so if you know please leave me a comment. I will share the video below.

Measurements

The card base is Tahitian Tide 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" scored at 4 1/4"
Parakeet Party layer is 4 1/8" x 5 3/8"
Basic White layer 5 1/4"x 4"
Basic White scrap for the circle sentiment and cupcake.
2 3/8" circle of Parakeet Party.
Inside layer of Basic White cardstock is 5 1/4" x 4"
Ink colours are: Parakeet Party, Sweet Sorbet, Tahitian Tide and Blueberry Bushel. Tuxedo Black Memento (cupcake)
Stampin' Blends Markers for cupcake are : Crumb Cake, Granny Apple Green,and Azure Afternoon.
