Hello Stampers,
On my Live video yesterday I wanted to make a card with an apple theme - going with the season. I wanted to do a technique of colouring with Blends on coloured cardstock and so I came up with this card. Card Details
- The card base is Real Red cardstock 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" score 4 1/4"
- Basic White cardstock layer is 5 3/8" x 4 1/8"
- Soft Seafoam cardstock layer is 4 3/4" x 3 1/4".
- Mossy Meadow cardstock 5 1/2" x 4 1/4".Die cut with the largest of the Radiating Stitched Dies. Use the 2nd largest die to make the inside of the frame.
- Stamp the leaves background with Mossy Meadow Ink.
- Stamp the apples with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and colour with Real Red Dark Stampin' Blends Marker.
- Adhere the Mossy Meadow frame to the background layer, then attach it to the Basic White layer with Dimensionals.
- Stamp the sentiment on a scrap of Soft Seafoam using Mossy Meadow Ink then die cut with the small banner from the Stylish Shape Dies.
- Attach the sentiment banner to a Real Red 3" x 3/4" layer.
- For the embellishments I coloured 3 Rhinestone Basic Jewels with a dark Old Olive Stampin' Blends Marker.
**For the 5 1/4" x 4" Basic White inside layer I stamped the sentiment in Mossy Meadow and stamped and coloured 2 apples.
