Shining Brightly Christmas Card

 


Hello crafters, welcome to my blog today. 

Today I would like to share the card I made on today's FB/Youtube Live. 
I love playing with new products, don't you?
Today's project is using the new Shining Brightly Specialty Paper which will be available in the new Mini Catalogue which starts on September 6. If you need a Catalogue you can request one here.



This paper is gorgeous! It is perfect for Christmas cards but can be used anytime.
I also shared an ornament using the same Suite. The gold ring is retired but I'm sure you can get them on Amazon or any craft store.




Measurements and Supplies used are below.

  • Night of Navy card base 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" score 4 1/4"
  • Gold Foil layer is 4" x 5 1/4"
  • The Shining Brightly Specialty Designer Series Paper 3 3/4" x 5"
  • Night of Navy, Gold Foil and Very Vanilla cardstock scraps
  • Approx 6" of Night of Navy & Gold 1/2" Glittered Ribbon.
  • 3 1/2" x 14" strip of More Dazzle Specialty Paper.
  • Very Vanilla & Gold Foil is die cut with the Cheerful Daisies dies
  • Stamp the sentiment on Very Vanilla using Night of Navy Ink and die cut with the die from the Stars At Night Hybrid Embossing Folder
  • Embellish with one of the Adhesive Backed Star Trinkets.
Inside layer:
  • Very Vanilla layer 5 1/4" x4"
  • Stamp the inside sentiment with Night of Navy Ink
  • Stamp the small star cluster in Night of Navy Ink.
