Anne Marie Jakubiec: Beary Christmas Cards

The New Mini Catalogue has started! Woo Hoo.

On my Wednesday night Live video I had a blast playing with the Beary Christmas Designer Series Paper. One of the sheets of the pack is perfect for doing a slimline card which I will show below. If you missed the video you can watch it here

I really love this Designer Series Paper! and the polar bears are so cute.

The punch that is part of the Beary Cute Bundle punches out some of the bears in the Dsp too!

This is the sheet of Dsp that I used for the Slimline card.

Card Details

Night of Navy card base is 8 1/2" x 7" scored at 3 1/2"
Basic White cardstock layers are 8 1/4" x 3 1/4" (2)
Beary Christmas Designer Series Paper layers are: 8" x 3"(Starry Design) and the polar bears sheet is 7 3/4" x 2 3/4".
Stamp the sentiment from the Beary Cute stamp set using Night of Navy Ink on Basic White cardstock - die cut with Nested Essential dies (banner - 2nd largest) and attach to a Night of Navy banner die cut (largest)with dimensionals.
One of the Basic White layers is for the inside.
Embellish with the Adhesive - Backed Glitter Sequins.

This card is using the spotlight technique.

Card Details

This card base is Balmy Blue cardstock 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" score 4 1/4".
Night of Navy layer is 5 1/4" x 4". Adhere to the card base.
Beary Christmas Designer Series Paper layer is 5" x 3 3/4".
Die cut a circle in the Dsp with Stylish Shape Dies (3rd largest).
Die cut a Night of Navy circle with the 2nd largest die.
Adhere the Dsp layer to the Night of Navy layer with Multipurpose liquid glue.
Adhere the Dsp circle to the Night of Navy Circle then attach to the Designer Series Paper layer with Dimensionals making sure to line up with the pattern.
Stamp the sentiment with Real Red Ink on a scrap of Basic White cardstock and trim to 2 3/4" x 5/8" strip and adhere to a Night of Navy 3" x 7/8" strip and attach with Dimensionals.
Embellish with the Adhesive - Backed Glitter Sequins.
Inside the card - Basic White layer is 5 1/4" x 4". Stamp the sentiment from the "Joy To You" stamp set with Night of Navy Ink and stamp the Polar Bear with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.
