No stamping today! This morning I made these Ornaments for hanging on the Christmas Tree. 2 of the ornaments I made previously and the other 3 I made today. You can watch the video below to see how I put them together.
Night Divine Dies worked so well for this ornament.
- The gold hoop is a retired embellishment from Stampin' Up! but you can buy them at any craft store. This hoop measures 2 1/8".
- The Adhesive -Backed Glimmer Paper made this so easy. I punched out 2 circles
- The small circle is die cut with the 3rd smallest Stylish Shapes Dies using the Shining Brightly Specialty Paper.
- The Nativity scene from the Night Divine Dies is die cut in Gold Foil.
- I threaded the Gold Simply Elegant Trim in between the 2 Glimmer circles.
- I added the Night of Navy Glitter Ribbon after the video as I was having a hard time deciding which ribbon to use.
**You can check out the video to see how I assembled it.
This ornament is a lot bigger than the gold one (3")
- The Circles are die cut with the stylish Shapes Dies (largest) x2
- Then dis cut with the next smallest size to make the opening.
- I die cut an acetate sheet (window sheet) using the Largest Circle Die. The window sheet is added between the Glimmer circles which you can see in the video.
- The Polar Bear is punched out twice with the Silver Glimmer Paper.
- The Polar Bear is then punched out with the Beary Cute Designer Series paper. I trimmed the bear as I wanted the Glimmer Paper to show.
- I added approx 10" of the Balmy Blue Sparkle Ribbon.
- Embellish with the Adhesive Backed Glitter Sequins.
