Anne Marie Jakubiec: Ways To Use Your Dsp Scraps

Do you have small scraps of your favourite Designer Series Paper that you don't want to get rid of ? Well I have a solution or 2 for you. Today I will share 2 cards that I presented on my Sunday morning Crafting Video. See Video below ↓

Measurements

Pretty Peacock (card base) : 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", score at 4 1/4"
Fresh Freesia (layer): 5 1/4" x 4"
Basic White (layer): 5" x 3 3/4"
Basic White scrap
Masterfully Made Designer Series Paper scraps
Simply Elegant Trim: approx 10"

Directions

Emboss the Basic White layer with the Exposed Brick Embossing Folder.
Wrap the Gold Trim (x2) around the embossed layer and adhere to the back.
Adhere the Basic White embossed layer to the Fresh Freesia layer, then adhere to the card base.
Die cut the Dsp (x4) with the hexagon from the Something Fancy Dies then adhere to the card front with Dimensionals.
Stamp the sentiment using Pretty Peacock Ink on a scrap of Basic White and die cut with the hexagon die. Adhere on top of the Gold Trim with Dimensionals.
Embellish with the Adhesive-Backed Sequins Trio(Pretty Peacock) as shown.

Night of Navy (card base) : 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
Boho Blue (layer) : 5 1/4" x 4"
Basic White (4) squares 1 5/8"x 1 5/8"
Basic White 1" x 4" scrap
Countryside Inn Designer Series Paper scraps.

Directions

Emboss the Boho Blue layer with the Countryside Blossoms Embossing Folder, then adhere to the card base.
Die cut (4) squares with the 2nd smallest square die in the Stylish Shapes Dies. Then adhere them to the 4 Basic White squares.
Adhere the squares with Dimensionals as shown.
Stamp the sentiment on the Basic White scrap using Night of Navy Ink, then die cut with the Labels Aglow Dies, then adhere with Dimensionals.
Embellish with the Tinsel Gems 4 Pack (Blueberry Bushel) as shown.
