Sunday Card Sketch #15 - Hooray For Surprises

Card Sketch #15
For this week's Sketch Challenge I am using the Hooray For Surprises Bundle + the Sunny Days Designer Series Paper.


This is the Card Sketch for this week.




Measurements etc
  • Poppy Parade (card base) 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" scored at 4 1/4"
  • Basic Black (layer) 4" x 5 1/4"
  • Sunny Days Designer Series Paper, 2x 3 3/4" x 5" trim the flower design by cutting on the diagonal. ( you will have 1/2 left for another card).
  • Adhere the flower design to the Pool Party layer, then attach the Poppy Parade Ribbon before adhering to the Basic Black.
  • Basic White scrap for stamping the sentiment and cake.
  • Stamp the cake with Coastal Cabana Ink then die cut.
  • Stamp the sentiment with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink, then die cut with the 2nd smallest Countryside Dies.
  • Basic Black scrap, die cut with the 2nd smallest Deckled Rectangle Dies.
  • Petal Pink Dsp scrap - die cut the smallest circle (Everyday Detail Dies)
  • Stamp the candle with Coastal Cabana and Daffodil Delight for the flame.
  • Fussy cut the candle + flame and adhere.
Inside the card

    • Sunny Days Designer Series Paper (layer) 5 1/4" x4"
    • Basic White (layer) 3 1/2" x 4 3/4"
    • Stamp as shown
