For this month's Online Class we did a Kit Together Class using the Hello Hollyhocks Kit. This was a fun and quick class as there is no stamping with this Kit which made it super easy.
I gave the ladies a Challenge to make an alternative card for a chance to win a new Kit, I can't wait to see what they come up with.

Today I made these 3 Alternative cards with the Kit
For this card I used a card base which I previously had partly done from another project ( who has unfinished projects!😄?) which has been embossed with a Saleabration Embossing Folder.But you could use any type that you have on hand.
The card base is Bubble Bath.
For the framed cut out I coloured it with Smoky Slate Stampin' Blends.
The bird is from the Country Birdhouse Bundle which I coloured with Crumb Cake Blends. The sentiment is from the Saying Something Ephemera Pack.
I used a Calypso Coral Card base 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" scored at 4 1/4"
Added a layer of Shaded Spruce 5 3/8" x 4 1/8"
The main layer is the floral card trimmed to 4" x 5 1/4" .
I trimmed the Diagonal piece from another card of the same design and added it to the bottom right corner.
The circle sentiment is layered on a Shaded Spruce Circle and adhered with Dimensionals.
3rd Card !
The card base is Basic White 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" scored at 4 1/4"
A layer of Calypso Coral = 5 3/8" x 4 1/8"
The front of the Old Olive Card was trimmed to 4" x 5 1/4" added the white ribbon before adhering the layers.
The floral image was trimmed from another card to 4" x 2 3/4" and layered on a layer of Shaded Spruce = 4 1/8" x 2 7/8" and adhered with Dimensionals.
the greeting is from the Saying Something Ephemera Pack.
