Beautiful Gallery Card Sketch

 Welcome back to my Weekly Card Sketch series! Each week, I share a new card design based on a simple and versatile sketch to spark your creativity—and I also walk you through the process in a step-by-step video. This week, I’m featuring the elegant Beautiful Gallery Suite, which adds a lovely touch of artistry to any card. Whether you’re inspired by the florals, sentiments, or soft colours, this sketch is a great jumping-off point. Be sure to check out the video for all the details!

This week's Card Sketch

🧰 Supplies Used

• Beautiful Gallery Suite (stamp set, dies, and designer paper)

• Basic White cardstock

• Secret Sea cardstock

• Secret Sea Ink

• Adhesive (Stampin’ Seal or liquid glue)

• Stampin’ Dimensionals

• Silver Foil

• Nested Essentials Dies

• Rhinestone Basic Jewels

• Paper Trimmer

• Bone Folder

🪜 Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Cut your card base to standard A2 size (5-1/2" x 8-1/2", scored at 4-1/4").

2. Cut a 4" x 5 1/4" layer of Basic White -adhere to the card base

3. Trim your patterned paper 1" x 3 7/8" (5 strips) to fit the sketch layout. I used a floral piece from the Beautiful Gallery DSP as my focal panel.

4. Stamp your sentiment from the Beautiful Motifs stamp set using Secret Sea ink on the small Nested Essential rectangle Die cut. Layer it on the next largest rectangle die (Secret Sea)

5. Die cut the Fern die using Basic White cardstock

6. Layer your elements following the sketch—use Dimensionals to pop up the sentiment for extra depth.

7. Add embellishments like Rhinestone Basic Jewels for a soft shimmer.

8. Finish the inside with a coordinating stamped sentiment or floral accent for a polished look
